About PPT University

PPT University is the automotive dealer training division of Peak Performance Team.

Peak Performance Team ( PPT) is a nationwide dealer services company offering custom F & I products along with wealth building solutions for all automobile dealers. PPT provides custom solutions not available anywhere else.

​

PPT University offers a library of training topics all comprised of classes that will do nothing but help dealers increase sales and profit , along with employee retention and an overall positive work atmosphere within each dealership. 

​

PPT University offers “in classroom” , live hands on, dealership level training that attendees can easily relate to , but more importantly take back to their dealerships and use immediately in their daily activities to increase productivity.

 

PPT University has partnered with many state Independent Automobile Dealers Associations that have endorsed the training platform provided. 

​

Each class available in the library, is up to date and current with what is happening in the automobile industry now.

​

Each class in the library is updated every 6 months to make our offerings reflect current and real world situations taking place in auto dealerships TODAY.  

​

PPT believes that auto dealers today are facing new and different challenges to be successful in today’s  modern-day prospects for their dealerships. From high salespeople turnover to ineffective salespersons attitude and  the lack of basic sales training to having to deal with unprepared automotive salespeople, and more.

Meet The Dean

Rod Heasley

Rod A Heasley is a forty year auto industry veteran in dealership sales and operations as well as senior management in the Vehicle Service Contract industry.  He has developed a national certification program for Business Development Managers in the service contract industry, as well as publishing a copyrighted  

“Guide to Developing a Successful Outside Sales Territory”. 

​

Rod has served on the executive board of directors for several IADA’s. Mr. Heasley is a contributing international writer and has had numerous articles on sales training, time management and personal motivation, published nationally, as well as in Canada.

​

Rod is a highly sought out speaker at state and national dealer conventions. His training seminars and workshops have been presented in 21 different states, as well at national auto industry conferences. Rod had the privilege of serving as “Master of Ceremonies” at the F&I industry summit in Las Vegas.

​

Rod has been married to his wife Teresa for 47 years and is an avid family man. He is very active in his church and community, serving as a deacon and just recently retired as Chief of the Fire and Rescue department in his hometown.
